Kyra is the Compliance Manager and Co-Director of Swan Home Care Services, bringing over five years of experience in the disability support sector. Her passion for the industry began during a work placement, where she discovered the profound impact of building meaningful connections with participants. Since then, she has earned a Certificate III & IV in Community Services and a Double Diploma in Community Services and Counselling, gaining hands-on experience across various frontline roles. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Work, further expanding her knowledge and skills to better support individuals and advocate for systemic change.

She became a key worker for multiple participants and frequently stepped into the lead disability support worker role, advocating for both participants and staff.
