Co-Director | General Manager
Natasha is the General Manager and Co-Director at Swan Home Care Services. Natasha is a proud Western Australian, who is deeply committed to supporting others and fostering effective leadership. With 28 years extensive experience across a range of roles in aged care and disability services, Natasha has developed a strong foundation in care, service delivery, and management. She is particularly dedicated to improving the lives of participants and enhancing service quality within the sector.
Extensively trained and experienced in high-intensity care and complex behaviours, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge to her work, ensuring participants receive the highest standard of support tailored to their unique needs.
A passionate advocate for reconciliation, Natasha actively integrates First Nations principles into her business practices, striving for inclusivity and positive change in both the communities she serves and within Swan Home Care Services. She is dedicated to creating a diverse and thriving business that provides growth opportunities, benefiting both participants and staff while positively impacting the broader community.
Outside of her professional life, Natasha enjoys traveling and cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and beloved pet dogs. Natasha holds qualifications in Community Services and is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, further strengthening her leadership skills and industry expertise.

Kyra Panaino
Co-Director l Compliance Manager
Kyra is the Compliance Manager and Co-Director of Swan Home Care Services, bringing over five years of experience in the disability support sector. Her passion for the industry began during a work placement, where she discovered the profound impact of building meaningful connections with participants. Since then, she has earned a Certificate III & IV in Community Services and a Double Diploma in Community Services and Counselling, gaining hands-on experience across various frontline roles. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Work, further expanding her knowledge and skills to better support individuals and advocate for systemic change.
Starting as a support worker in Midland, Kyra quickly developed strong relationships with participants, families, and staff. She later worked in Mosman Park, thriving in a high-demand environment where she strengthened her expertise in high-intensity supports and non-verbal communication, including Auslan and AAC devices. She became a key worker for multiple participants and frequently stepped into the lead disability support worker role, advocating for both participants and staff.
Kyra is deeply committed to ensuring participants feel heard, valued, and supported. She is especially passionate about breaking down communication barriers and creating a safe, inclusive, and person-centered environment where participants and their families feel empowered every step of the way.
Kyra moved to Perth from South Africa six years ago. She enjoys organising celebrations, spending time at the beach, and engaging in creative activities like arts and crafts with friends. She also loves camping and outdoor adventures, often accompanied by her dog.
For Kyra, disability support is more than just a career, it’s about making a lasting impact, one meaningful connection at a time.

Aleesia Smith
Operations Manager
Aleesia Smith brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence in her role as Operations Manager at Swan Home Care Services. Having owned and operated a successful family business for many years, Aleesia has developed a solid understanding of business management, compliance, quality systems, and the value of great customer service. Her hands-on experience has shaped her ability to lead with efficiency, clarity, and purpose.
In previous roles as a Team Leader, Aleesia demonstrated a natural ability to guide and support teams, fostering positive work environments and ensuring high standards of care and professionalism. She is known for her approachable and calm manner, her solution-focused mindset, and her ability to build strong, respectful relationships with staff and participants alike.
Aleesia has a genuine passion for mental health support and is dedicated to promoting person-centred care that enhances well-being and independence. Her leadership style reflects empathy, structure, and a clear focus on outcomes.
Outside of work, Aleesia is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She has a lifelong love of horses and enjoys the balance and sense of calm that time with them brings. This personal interest has also shaped her appreciation for patience, consistency, and connection—all qualities she brings into her work at Swan Home Care Services.

Tshering Dado
Work Health Safety & Compliance Officer
Tshering is a warm, thoughtful, and safety-focused professional who brings both compassion and diligence to his work. With a background in aged care and disability support, Tshering has developed a deep understanding of the needs of participants and the importance of creating safe, respectful, and empowering environments for both those receiving support and the staff providing it. Having recently completed his Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Tshering now serves as the Work Health Safety & Compliance Officer at Swan Home Care Services. In this critical role, he works closely with the leadership team to ensure that all safety, compliance, and risk management practices are embedded into everyday operations. His focus is not just on meeting regulatory requirements, but on building a culture where safety is lived and breathed—where every worker feels supported and every participant is protected. Tshering’s hands-on experience in personal care allows him to understand the real-world challenges faced by support workers and participants alike. This insight strengthens his ability to implement practical, person-centered safety strategies that truly work. He supports the team through regular training, policy development, incident reviews, and internal audits, making sure the service remains compliant and continuously improving. Before moving into the health and aged care sector in Australia, Tshering volunteered and served on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic in the border areas of Bhutan. His dedication during that time reflects his strong sense of community service and commitment to helping others in times of crisis. Known for his calm presence, reliability, and strong communication skills, Tshering plays an essential role in helping Swan Home Care Services maintain the high standards of care it is known for. His contributions ensure that safety, dignity, and quality of life remain at the heart of everything the organisation does

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individuals who are:
🔹 Disability Support Workers:
Minimum of 6 months experience in disability support.
Hold a Certificate 3 in Community Services or Individual Support.
Possess First Aid/CPR, Manual Handling Competency, Medication Competency, NDIS Clearance, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
🔹 Disability Support Workers (Implementing Behaviour Supports):
Minimum of 5 years experience in disability and behaviour support.
Hold a Certificate 3 in Community Services or Individual Support.
Possess First Aid/CPR, Behaviour Support Competency, Manual Handling Competency, Medication Competency, NDIS Clearance, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
