Co-Director | General Manager

Natasha is the General Manager and Co-Director at Swan Home Care Services, a proud Western Australian with 28 years of experience across aged care and disability services. She is deeply committed to supporting others, fostering effective leadership, and enhancing the quality of care delivered to participants.

With extensive training and experience in high-intensity care and complex behaviours, Natasha ensures participants receive exceptional, person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.

A passionate advocate for reconciliation, she integrates First Nations principles into her business practices, promoting inclusivity and positive change within both the organisation and the wider community. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs.

Kyra Panaino

Co-Director / Compliance Manager

Kyra is the Compliance Manager and Co-Director of Swan Home Care Services, bringing over 5 years of experience in the disability support sector. Her passion for the field began during a work placement, where she discovered the profound impact of building meaningful connections with participants—a value that continues to guide her leadership today.

Kyra began her career as a support worker, where she quickly developed strong relationships with participants, families, and colleagues. Her hands-on experience across various roles, including leading high-intensity supports and supporting non-verbal communication through Auslan and AAC, has shaped her person-centred approach and deep understanding of participant needs.

Kyra is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where participants feel heard, valued, and empowered. She is passionate about breaking down communication barriers and ensuring quality care is at the heart of every interaction.

Originally from South Africa, Kyra now calls Perth home. She enjoys spending time at the beach, camping, celebrating special occasions, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts—always with her loyal dog by her side.

Work Health Safety & Compliance Officer

Tshering is a warm, thoughtful, and safety-focused professional who brings compassion and diligence to his work. With a strong background in aged care and disability support, he understands the importance of creating safe, respectful, and empowering environments for both participants and staff.

As the Work Health Safety & Compliance Officer at Swan Home Care Services, Tshering works closely with the leadership team to embed safety, compliance, and risk management into everyday practice. His approach goes beyond meeting regulations—he aims to foster a culture where safety and care are at the heart of everything the organisation does.

Drawing on his hands-on experience in personal care, Tshering implements practical, person-centred safety strategies that truly work. Known for his calm presence, reliability, and strong communication, he plays a vital role in ensuring Swan Home Care Services continues to deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate support.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individuals who are:

🔹 Disability Support Workers:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in disability support.

  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Community Services or Individual Support.

  • Possess First Aid/CPR, Manual Handling Competency, Medication Competency, NDIS Clearance, WWCC, and Police Clearance.

🔹 Disability Support Workers (Implementing Behaviour Supports):

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in disability and behaviour support.

  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Community Services or Individual Support.

  • Possess First Aid/CPR, Behaviour Support Competency, Manual Handling Competency, Medication Competency, NDIS Clearance, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
